In this full day workshop, Muhammad, with his highly collaborative and interactive style will share tried and tested mindset strategies on how to nurture, develop and empower the self. He will do this by sharing thought provoking and inspirational stories, exercises, games and deep reflective discussions to encourage participants to rediscover and connect with their own personal power.

This event, "Empowering the Self" will have thought provoking and inspirational stories, exercises, games and deep reflective discussions to encourage you to rediscover and connect with your own personal power.

This event is open to all ages - online registration is £5 and on-the-day walk-in's will have a fee of £10.
