Netball: the game of champions. Alongside our incredible coach Abi, we end each stressful working week sprinting out way to fitness and basking in the joy found in the sport we love. On our team there is a space for all, from the young to the young at heart.
To encourage our new talent, we have two available sessions, both on a Friday evening at Bordesely Green Girls School and both led by Abi. From 6-7 is for players who are new to the sport and from 7-8 is for our experienced players. For members it is £2.50 for one session and £4 for both, for non-members it is £3 for one session and £5 for both. We warmly welcome any and every new player :)

Swimming is a great form of all-round exercise as well as a Life Saving skill. It's ideal if you want to be more active and stay healthy, whatever your age or ability.

My goal is to cater for a variety of tastes and abilities, including Parent and Toddler Groups. I want to make the swimming experience fun for experienced swimmers and beginners and encourage you to stick with it.

The swimming pool makes a great playground, even for non-swimmers.

Activities such as Aqua Aerobics & Aqua Zumba are perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding a low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. During the course of the year, I plan to introduce both of these activities as well as Swimming Lessons for non-swimmers.
